The Student Enterprise Programme County finals took place on Thursday, March 8th in the Sligo Park Hotel.
Congratulations to our two Ursuline College students who won both the Runner Up and Overall Winner in the Junior Category of the Student Enterprise Programme Sligo county finals.
Ella Joyce won Overall Winner of the Student Enterprise Programme (Junior Category). The name of her company is “HYGGE” which means comfortable, cosy or homemade, pronounced “Hugga.” Ella has founded her own company hand crafting and embroidering cushions in a choice of different colours and designs.
Jane Tempany won Runner Up of the Student Enterprise Programme (Junior Category) with her company “Barmy Biscuit Bake.” Jane makes chocolate biscuit cakes to order, made with different sweets and customised designs to suit all occasions.
