TY Immersion Project – Kitui, Kenya
Ursuline College TY Students Oda Carty, Lisa Kelly, Méabh Nugent, Aoife McLaughlin, Alannah Gallagher, Tara Parkinson, Aoife Maher and Aileen Stenson who travelled with their teachers Mrs Waters and Ms Murray to St. Columba’s Technical Training College, Kitui, Kenya on a school Immersion Project in May 2019.
The students raised €14,500 through various fundraising events over the past year and gifted this to the school to help students access education and enable them to build a meaningful future for themselves and their families.
